Welcome to your next step with AEG. This guide brings your onboarding actions, resources, and support together so you can move forward with clarity.

One clear step at a time.
Use this guide once you and AEG have decided to move forward. Review the licensing guidance on the Opportunity page before proceeding. Begin with onboarding, complete carrier contracting once appropriately licensed, connect with the agency, and access relevant resources. If you are still exploring, start with the Opportunity Overview. Viewing this page does not establish affiliation, complete onboarding, or grant licensing or carrier approval. Access to this page does not itself authorize insurance activity.
Welcome. Purpose. Professional Standards.
I’m glad we’ve decided to explore the next stage together. Thank you for bringing your questions, your perspective, and your commitment to learning to AEG.
You are not expected to know everything on day one. Take one clear step at a time, ask when something is unclear, and use the resources available to you. Our shared focus is thoughtful preparation, professional development, and responsible service to families.
Serve with integrity.
Keep learning.
Lead through professionalism.
The AEG standard starts with how we treat people and approach our work: attention to detail, consistency, personal responsibility, and a long-term commitment to development. Bring curiosity to your learning and care to every client conversation.
Your Onboarding Sequence
Complete Your AEG Onboarding
Begin with your official AEG onboarding. It introduces the next stage and comes before carrier contracting and access to the broader operating environment.
Start AEG Onboarding →Opens the official AEG onboarding presentation in a new tab. Use one account; contact Andreas before repeating a submission.Complete Your E-Contracting
For initial onboarding, select Transamerica, Corebridge Financial, Americo, and Mutual of Omaha.
Carrier processing timelines vary. Submitting contracting does not itself constitute carrier appointment or authorization to write business.
Begin E-Contracting →Opens the carrier-contracting sign-in in a new tab. Do not create duplicate contracting requests. After carrier authorization: Begin carrier-specific insurance activity only when the required license, appointment or authorization is active.
Stay Connected. Keep Learning.
AEG Connect is the primary communication hub for agency announcements, training updates, reminders, and day-to-day communication.

Illustrative onboarding roadmap for agents invited to proceed. Timing depends on licensing, contracting, access, and your circumstances. This is not a required daily work schedule or a promise of appointments, policies, production, or income.
Your First 30 Days
Confirm licensing and contracting → Review orientation → Set up authorized systems → Use relevant training → Begin permitted activity when authorized → Seek coaching as useful → Review your progress and next steps.
No insurance solicitation, negotiation, or sales before the required licenses and authorizations are in place. Carrier processing and appointment decisions are outside this illustrative timeline.
Resources and Personal Support
Your Resources, Within Reach.
Opens the AEG homepage. Navigate from there to the company story, systems and public resources.
Opens your email app to request training access. Confirm the resources and access conditions that apply to you; do not submit a second onboarding request.
Optional product information, not an agent sign-in. Opens in a new tab.
Revisit the AEG Presentation, If Helpful
Return to the presentation whenever a refresher on AEG’s professional environment, systems, and operating structure would be useful.
Already watched it? You can skip this optional review. Choose English or Spanish; there is no need to watch both.
Each presentation opens in a new tab.An Optional Introduction to AEG’s Systems

Email Andreas →Need Help? Contact Andreas.
You do not need to work through uncertainty alone. If access is missing, a link will not open, or you are unsure whether a submission went through, contact Andreas before trying again. Do not create duplicate onboarding accounts or contracting requests.
Include the step you are on and a brief description of the problem. Do not email Social Security numbers, banking details, medical information, passwords or client records.
