Purpose. People. Professional Growth.
When I came to this country as an immigrant, I had a dream: to build a better future.
I didn’t have connections or a perfect plan. But I was willing to work, learn, and keep going through difficult days.
As I built my career in life insurance, I discovered a purpose beyond my own progress: protecting families and helping others develop.
That purpose inspired me to create Andreas Empire Group.
My vision for AEG is a professional community built around integrity, training, mentorship, and leadership—where people can ask questions, strengthen their skills, and serve families responsibly.
This is an independent, commission-based opportunity, and results are not guaranteed. Learning and professional development take time.
What makes me proud is watching people grow in confidence and ability.
If that vision speaks to you, I invite you to learn more. Let’s talk about your goals and whether AEG is the right fit.
Andreas Empire Group.
Protecting Families. Building Leaders.
Protecting Families. Building Empires.
Meaningful professional growth starts with the way we serve. AEG is an independent insurance brokerage bringing leadership, learning, and practical resources into a service-minded professional community.
A culture of ethical conduct, personal accountability, and shared learning. Develop your professional voice and leadership skills through the opportunities and support available to you.
Training materials, field sales and telesales development resources, and mentorship where available can support your preparation and continued learning.
Technology, CRM, and business-organization resources can help you bring structure to your practice and use information responsibly.
Keep families’ needs at the center of the conversation. Explore multiple carrier relationships, subject to licensing, appointment requirements, and product availability.
Resources, support, and carrier access depend on current availability, eligibility, geography, applicable costs, written terms, licensing, and carrier requirements. Confirm what is available to you; no resource guarantees a business result.
Bring your curiosity.
Build on your integrity.
You do not need to arrive with every answer. A service-minded approach, initiative, coachability, and a willingness to keep learning are qualities we value.
Our professional culture centers on ethical conduct, consistency, and personal accountability. If you care about developing your skills and serving families responsibly, there is a worthwhile conversation to have.

- Your current licensing status and the state where you plan to work.
- Two or three questions about the opportunity, costs, training or next steps.
- What you hope to understand before deciding whether AEG fits your goals.
Keep these notes for your conversation. No upload is required; do not include Social Security numbers, banking details or client records.
Good Questions Create Clarity
You deserve a clear understanding of the opportunity. Ask who pays business expenses, how compensation and chargebacks work, what carrier relationships are available in your state, which support is included, and what happens if you leave. Request written explanations of costs, renewals, vesting, releases, and the agreement terms that would apply to you.
Understanding Your Independent Professional Relationship
This is an independent, commission-based insurance opportunity—not salaried employment. Take time to understand the actual working arrangements, written agreements, responsibilities, costs, licensing, carrier requirements, and eligibility conditions that would apply to you. The independent-contractor label alone does not determine legal status.
Ask questions about the relationship before deciding; do not assume particular contractual rights, autonomy, or included resources. An application or conversation does not create an affiliation or guarantee acceptance.
Your Licensing Path
State licensing requirements apply. You may explore the opportunity while studying, but may not solicit, negotiate, or sell insurance until the required licenses and authorizations are in place. Review official licensing resources.
Clear information. A considered decision.
These details are here to support an informed decision. Open the topics you want to explore, and ask Andreas for the actual written terms that would apply to you.
AEG offers an independent, commission-based insurance opportunity. Appropriate licensing and applicable carrier contracting or appointments are required before regulated activity. Compensation and individual results vary; earnings, production, appointments, and acceptance are not guaranteed. Agents may incur business expenses, including optional lead purchases. Buying leads does not guarantee results.
Compensation Structure
Compensation is commission-based and varies by carrier, product, contract, and policy status. Review your actual compensation schedules, advance arrangements, payment timing, renewals, and any applicable conditions. No earnings or production level is promised.
Chargebacks
Commissions paid in advance may become repayable when a policy lapses, is canceled, or fails to meet the applicable earning conditions. Review the actual carrier and agency agreements for the events, amounts, timing, and responsibility that apply. Ask for clarification before accepting an advance or signing an agreement.
Leads
Lead inventory, pricing, availability, geography and third-party costs may vary and are not guaranteed. Lead purchases are optional. Agents decide whether to purchase leads and how many, and pay for their own purchases. Availability varies; a lead is not a promise of contact, an appointment, a sale, or income. Learn about the AEG Lead System.
Business Expenses
Consider licensing, renewals, required coverage or credentials, technology, travel, marketing, and optional lead purchases. Which expenses apply and who pays should be confirmed in your written arrangements. Do not assume that a resource is free or included.
Carrier Access and Contracting
Available carrier relationships depend on state, licensing, carrier requirements, and individual contracting or appointment decisions. AEG affiliation does not automatically grant appointment with every carrier. Do not conduct carrier-specific activity before the required authorization.
Training and Professional Development
Discuss the training, orientation, practice opportunities, and support currently available and any applicable access conditions or costs. Training supports preparation; it does not guarantee licensing, competence in every product, or sales results.
Technology
Ask which systems are currently available, what they cost, how access is provided, and what happens to access and records when an affiliation ends. Use approved systems responsibly and protect client information.
Release and Agreement Questions
Review termination, release, notice, commissions, outstanding balances, records, and any other continuing obligations in the actual agreements before signing. Do not assume immediate release, vested renewals, or unrestricted transfer without checking the applicable written terms.
Privacy and Recruiting Transparency
Provide only information needed for the recruiting conversation. Do not send Social Security numbers, banking information, medical information, or client records through an initial inquiry. Review recruiting privacy information and the consent language on the form you use.
No Guaranteed Earnings or Results
Individual results vary with many factors, including experience, effort, expenses, market conditions, carrier requirements, and policy performance. AEG does not guarantee leads, appointments, sales, commissions, income, advancement, or business success.
